Exercise Therapy comes in many different forms and is an essential part of every clients daily routine. Whether it be a gym program, home program, group training or more, we cater for clients of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities;

Hydrotherapy – maintain strength and movement for rehabilitation, strength and ability, cardio fitness, falls prevention

Gym members – check and amend gym programs, enhance difficulty of gym programes,

Sports – alter programs to suit the clients needs increase flexibility, improve recovery times, enhance training outcomes

Core stability – we run classes to increase your core strength to improve posture, enhance  training, post pregnancy recovery

Rehabilitation – making sure your exercise program is designed to give the best outcome to injury recovery

Stretching – improve flexibility through directed muscle stretching, injury prevention, correct technique

Pregnancy – Pre and post pregnancy exercises to assist in maintaining strength, posture and aid recovery

Pilates – we do not have a formal pilates  instructor but we have a reformer,  floor equipment and therapists to guide you on technique

Home programmes – we can design a home program for you utilising what equipment you have at home. A gym ball, free weights, a bike or skipping rope is all you need to get

Our team of Myotherapists are here to assist you in physical fitness, injury recovery, self improvement and general wellbeing. Our studio is available for client use between the hours of 9:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday by appointment.

Core stability classes are run on a Monday from 6:00 – 6:45 pm. Limited to four people to make sure you get the attention you need.

A small list but you would be surprised how difficult we can make a program for you, or, keep it simple if that is preferred.

From post operative rehabilitation, pre and post pregnancy strengthening, revamping your current gym program, designing a home or studio program we will help do this for you.

Kylie Bult is Eastwood Myotherapy’s Senior Therapist and Proprietor. Established in 1999, Eastwood Myotherapy is a company which has built a sound reputation and Kylie is proud of nearly 20 years in Myotherapy practice.

Kylie is passionate about helping clients to return to optimal health and function through a variety of tailored treatment techniques. Kylie provides a thorough diagnosis of your injury or condition and an effective treatment plan to help you achieve your outcomes as soon as possible.

Kylie strongly believes that you must look after your body – as you only get one – and make the most of it. Kylie has particular interest in working with challenging conditions, unusual or involved injuries, pre and post natal women and children.

When she’s not working, Kylie enjoys spending time with her busy kids and family, going on long drives to explore the country, swimming and music.
