As a Personal Trainer with over 30 years of Experience in the Fitness Industry, my journey began from a place of personal transformation. I am a holistic personal trainer, which means, with each client I consider the whole person, including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Nearly three decades ago, I was unfit, overweight, addicted to sugar, asthmatic, a smoker, and dealing with severe eczema. Realising the need for a change, I committed to improving my health. After two years of dedicated effort, I completely transformed my life and health. Inspired by my own transformation, I pursued a career in the fitness industry. After gaining valuable experience working in gyms for six years, I decided to open my own personal training business, bodyb fitness.

Holistic health emphasises the interconnectedness to achieve optimal health through a balanced and integrated lifestyle. I am passionate about helping women recognise their self worth and prioritise their health and well-being, enabling them to become the best version of themselves.

To better serve my clients I continually educate myself through various courses, including those focused on strength, weight loss, mindset and mobility. Together, let’s embark on a journey towards a healthier, happier you.
