Like your GP Clinic, Eastwood Myotherapy has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to our friendly staff. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible to avoid a fee. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to someone else. Thank you for your understanding.

Q.   I have an injury but I dont know who to book with. What do I do when booking an appointment?

A.   All of our experienced therapists can guide you towards the best therapy to suit your condition. When booking an appointment, Generally, if it is a soft tissue injury, then the first option would be Myotherapy, Remedial Massage or Physiotherapy. If you have a joint problem or spinal issue then the best option would be our Chiropractor. If you are looking for fitness, strength or nutritional consultation then our Personal Trainer and Nutritionist can help you. For Core strength, our Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer. For alternative health, our TCM practitioner and Acupuncturist. If you still are unsure, please call our friendly team to point you in the right direction. Also, if you book with one of our therapists and they feel that another team member would be best, they will refer you.

Q.     I can’t make my appointment, do I need to give 24 hours notice?

A.    Yes. Please give 24 hours notice where possible so we can reschedule your time and also offer your cancelled time to another client. When booking an appointment, please check for diary clashes to avoid having to cancel as we look forward to looking after you.

Q.  Will I be charged a fee if I do not give notice of a cancellation?

A.  Yes, in most circumstances a fee will apply if you do not give 24 hours notice, as per our cancellation policy

Q.  What if I have to cancel within 24 hours, but it is for an urgent reason?

A.  We understand that sometimes urgent things happen and you may forget to cancel. Just let your therapist know what the reason was and there will likely be no cancellation fee applicable in this case.
