I’ve dealt with 3 of their staff so far (Kylie, Nicole and Owen) and myotherapy has completely changed my outlook on alternative therapies. I’m an occupational therapist so trained with physiotherapists so have stuck mainly with physio for injuries however following a car accident, myotherapy was recommended to me and I’ve had so many more gains from myo compared to physio. Owen is just great at finding the source of constriction and pain, and working on releasing the constriction. You come away with relief. Sleep gets better and everything in life is better. He’s friendly and explains what he’s doing and why really well, and gives you exercises and stretches to solve your problem’s causes. Highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and give remedial massage a go with Owen.
