Whether you are starting from scratch, returning to health and fitness or need a hand with motivation, Linda will work with you to achieve your personal goals. Sessions are conducted in our private studio.
Personal Training for You
Personal Training, as the name suggests, is a one on one experience tailored to you as an individual. We are all different, so your fitness training needs to be catered to your needs, goals, fitness level, physical capability, injury capacity, age and gender. All of these factors are not taken into account at a traditional gym. Not everyone fits the mould of squats, lat pulldowns and planks (sound familiar?!).
Our Trainer, Linda, will take all of these factors into account and help you achieve your goals with her dedication, support and care. But dont be fooled, she will make you work hard if you need to!

Our Studio
Our Studio might be small but it is well equipped with cardio machines, weight machines, pulleys, dumbells and other free weights, steps, balance equipment, gym balls, mats, bands and more…. all in air conditioned comfort and spotlessly clean.

Weight Training
Weight Training is essential for gaining and maintaining muscle mass, tone, stretch and strength. In a supervised environment, weight training is safe and effective. Exercise machines, free weights and body weight exercises are utilised. A little post exercise soreness will be a sign of a good session!

Core Training
Our Core muscles are like having a stake next to a seedling. They give us strength and stability, balance and form. A vast majority of people have poor core strength which leads to back pain, neck pain, vulnerability to injury and poor pelvic floor strength, as examples. Linda will help you regain your core strength.

Healthy Lifestyle
Bad habits can be changed and surprisingly, it doesnt take long to change them as long as you have support to do so. With 30 years of experience, Linda will give you the support you need, along with guidance for healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle changes to become the best you can be.
